请教各位: 现有一机会回中国工作. 绿卡身份(今年12月刚拿到). 如回国长期工作,

听说雇主可以向移民局申请豁免"每年在美居住至少6个月"限制.

请问这如何申请? 批复时间?

此外, 还有其它限制或需注意事项以免影响以后公民申请吗?

-You need to apply for the Reentry Permit (RP) which allow you to stay ouside US for a maximum of two years. Also, if you work for a US company outside US, you may file N-470 application to preserve your status as an immigrant in order to pursue naturalization so that your time outside US will be counted as the physical presence for the US citizenship application. But it does not mean you can stay outside of US unlimitly. In other words, you still need RP to stay outside US for a maximum of two years even if you file N-470.
