我现在 h1b工作， 我老婆F1,她2010年2月开始工作。我替她申请了485EAD。公司也可以给她 申请h1b.我们打算1月份一起用AP 回国2月初回来,我的问题是
1. 我们用AP回国后，我老婆单位还可给她申请h1b吗？

2. 如果需要签证，不知道签证会不会使他的485 (我是主申请人）失效？
-If she go out of U.S. without Ap, her I-485 will be affected because her current status is not h1 yet.

-She can use EAD to work if her H1 approval has no I-94. As long as you keep your H1 status valid, it is safe for her to work using EAD because she can go out of U.S. to get an h1 or H4 visa to come back if her I-485 is denied.
