One employer has sponsored me a H1B, but I am thinking if I should change to another job. Do I need to apply for another H1B if I change the employer, or I can use my current H1B?
-Ask the new emplyer to file the H1 transfer for you and you can work for the new employer after USCIS receive the H1 transfer petition.
