if less than 180 days, USCIS instructs IO to judge your (and employer's) intent, that at the time of I-485 filing, the intents are bona fide. (in addition, if I-140 is not yet approved, whether it is approvable 180 days after I-485 filing) If you can have a good explanation, you don;t need to worry too much.
