我现在也是准备等rfe了。有一点，我们是140，485一起递，EB1A。我LG签证一月中到期，没法再续。
今天问律师，她说她不能给我提交这个验血报告，要由体检医生做。
那我们需要请体检医生给封到信封里就行了吗？还是要另外重新出具报告再封起来？
-The Dr. has to sign the report, seal and sign his/her name cross the sealed position of the envelop. Then, give it to you/your lawyer, and then you/your lawyer can mail it with all the I-485 documents together to USCIS.
这个到时会有明确的instruction吗？
-If you do not provide the report this time, just wait for the RFE and ask the Dr. to do the same thing as I mention above, then you can send it following the instruction in the RFE.

-No, USCIS will not contact the Dr. for that. You have to contact the Dr. for it.
担心这个如果拖很长时间，RFE期间我们签证就到期了，就没办法了吧？
-After you file I-485, your status will be AOS if your nonimmigration status expires and you are lawfully present even if you do not provide the physical exam report with the I-485 this time. so, nothing woried about.
