但信上写了我因为这个原因被denied 了，可能是我file 一年后换了工作，移民局的意思是我申请时没到我，可是当时移民局好像范了一个错误，突然都有名额了，所以我的律师就帮我file 了。好像后来移民局承认有错，又开始排期。好多律师说要告他们,so all the I-485 still went through. I think this is the reason. But what should I do? I can file a MTR (motion for reopen), but how long it will takes to get me case reopen. Can I work during waiting?
-Talk to your lawyer to file the MTR within one month after the I-485 denial. Explain the reason and provide the evidence (e.g. USCIS memo or any official document at that time for this issue). After you file the MTR, you are legally to stay.
