我是公民，帮妈妈办绿卡。
现在绿卡485 pending, 妈妈因为身体问题需要回国。请问个前辈们如下问题：
1：可否在AP approve 之前回国，然后把AP 寄回去？
-No.

2：如果办emergenc AP, Applicant 自己身体不好，需要回国体检是否是valid reason for emergency AP?
-It is OK because your mother can say the insurance only cover the fee in the hospital in China. But you may need a letter from a doctor to verify your mohter illness, etc.

3: 我在Seattle, 我当地的local office 不办AP, 那我应该办才能办理emergency AP?
-Yes, the local office can accept the emergency AP application, but not the regular one.
