30 days counterclock from the date CIS sends you the letter till the date CIS receives the letter. No extension is allowed. Don't want to be negtive. But your case will be denied if CIS didn't receive the documents in time.

So you basically have 15 days to find an employer who can issue this letter. Very challenging timeline. Good luck
