USCIS会不会认为副申请人的OPT过期而RFE呀？
-You need to file H4 application before OPT expires no matter when you file I-485 if you want to be H4 status. If you want to be AOS status, not H4, you just file I-485 before OPT expires and not need to file H4 application.
