驾照今天到期，但H1延期的申请还没批准，请问拿到I797后去办驾照，中间肯定有gap，是否需要重新笔试？
-Some states never ask the H1 approval notice for the driver license revewal. You just go there and show them your old license, and they will renew it. So, just try it.
