请教863211，雇主的签名在EB1B 140中的哪一项？
-Sign in the Part 8, "petitioner's signature"

是在Part9 Signature by Attorney or Representative?
-Part 9 is signed by the lawyer if you hire one. If you do not hire a lawyer, leave it blank.

也听说只要雇主提供permanent position的证明，
-You also need a letter from the employer (Dean, department Chair, etc.) to indicate your position is permanent.

不需要雇主签名也可以，对吗?
