if I hold EAD to work through L2 visa, then use EB-1(c) to I-140 and I-485 after 6 months, what is my status.
-If you just used L2-based EAD (not I-485-based EAD) to work, your status is still L2. Filing I-485 and get I-485 based EAD does not affect your status. Only if you use the I-485-based EAD to work, your status will change to AOS.
