只能延到9月30日, 这样我的H1B 才能生效? 如何要求只延3个月?还有别的办法吗?
-Even if you extend your TN more than 3 months, your status will be H1 after Oct 1 if your TN application is approved before Oct. 1.; but if your TN application is approved after Oct. 1, your status will be TN even if you extend your TN srarus < 3 months. So, whether your status is TN or H1 after Oct. 1 is dependent on what time your TN application is approved (before or after Oct. 1).
