Actually, I tried yesterday, but the machine said "contact them if it is over 30 days". So I was hesitate and hung the phone. Now I don't want to wait anymore, just called - once during the noon, had them mail it again to my home; then 2nd time 5 minutes ago when I got attorney's fax number and had them fax it to attorney. Got the letter right away: need my birth certificate (easy one).

I can have a wonderful weekend now! The lady was really nice and helpful(somehow got the same lady for both calls)
