Help needed about parent's visa application

My H1B just expired, and now I am using EAD in a university. I guess i should be AOS. I am going back to China to bring my mother here. So, I am wondering anyone can give a list of documents that I need prepare for my mom's visa application?
Any suggestions are appreciated!
