我的毕业证要5月才拿到，但是我的OPT下个月就生效了。
-You can ask The International Student Office at your school to help you to cancel the approved OPT if you do not want it. If you are going to attend a new school for a higher degree (e.g. from your cuurent MS program to a Ph.D. program at the new school), you may just forget about this OPT.

我现在又想马上去别的学校念书，不知道这种情况下，我能不能念书？我想请教大家,用什么方法解决比较好？比如F1 transfer到别的学校，但是我还没拿到毕业证，是不是不能成为其他学校的F1?
-If the new school accept you, you do not have a problem to transfer your F1 status from the cuurent school to the new school even if you 还没拿到毕业证.

我可以转成H4,但我没有正式毕业能转然后去念书吗？
-Yes.
转H4的时间大概一般要花多长呢？
