Thanks a lot 863211.

It is USCIS that didn't update address on my daughter's 485. I upddated my address im time after I moved. I have address update conformation letter from USCIS saying they have updated my address on my daughter's 485. Therefore, it is USCIS's fault. Can I directly send a letter to NSC asking to reopen my daughter's case because of their delinquency instead of filing MTR?
