Based on your description, your daugther' I-485 was denied most likely due to no fingerprint. You need to file a Motion to Reopen (MTR). Please double check with USCIS about your correct address. MTR filing is a very simple procedure.

Motions to Reopen I-485 denials must be filed within 30 days (or 33 days if the notice is mailed) of the date of the denial.

In order to file a motion to reopen, you must have the receipt number, and you must file a Form I-290B with cover letter explaining that it is a motion to reopen/reconsider; you must also include a $585 filing fee.
