-Not true. Only PD is current when you concurrently file I-140 and I-485 petitions, they may be adjudicated simultaneously in TSC. So, only I-140 and I-485 of EB1 may be adjudicated simultaneously in TSC.

does concurrently filed I-140 will be processed later than if the I-140 filed separately from I-485?
-No difference. In either case, I-140 will be adjudicated first, and then I-485 (when PD is current).
