"大名鼎鼎的英国BBC、美国之音、德国之声都是政府拥有", Yes it is true. Voice of America is goverment agency. But it must be pointed out that VOA is prohibited to broadcast inside US by some laws enacted in 19th century. That laws basically prohibits ANY government's media from communicating with US public.

That sounds like personal attack, not criticizing goverment's or President's policy. It is cheap shot. In US, most mainstream media do not do that either. But you will hear that kind of comments everyday in evening entertainment circles

The word 不能 sounds like "by laws". If it means by laws, I do not believe it. I do not believe that in a country like France, there is a law governing what media can say or can not say. In America, TV and other media do not either challenge American ideals and things stated in US Constitution or Declaration of Independence. They do not do that, not because of some laws or regulations, but because that those ideals are fundamental beliefs of American public who are the customer basis for media's own existence.
