唯一的缺点就是,西方的肉不放血,半生带血的牛排还被认为是西餐最精华之处。但是俺们东方人在家炖肉都得过一遍汤,把血淘一淘,不然肉汤腥气太重。
记得小时候好像都不加这一道工序的。。。
