The fee you must pay is tip

$10 a day, charged from your card directly.
If you drive to the port, you have to pay parking fee.
Other expenses are optional. e.g. purchase of gifts, liquor on the cruise, take pictures, land excursion.
The cost on cruise.com include the meals, the lodging on the cruise and the tax.
So the cruise will not cost much.
