singapore is small city, anywhere is the same, if u work in raff

then place near to city area will be better/easy for you. For me, i dont like city area for kids, because of noise. for education and play group, everywhere equally same in singapore. btw: singapore playgroup is not as good as overseas, basically just help you to look after them when you are not free.
