在美国,各州对选举的规定各不相同。今年,几乎各地都做出了相当的努力,得以使2008年的总统选举能顺利进行,避免了2000年和2004年出现的混乱、尴尬与不满。在美国,只要是和政府有关的,什么事都不容易。选总统就更不例外了,是吧。
争取第一名。First In Line
