because we are dealing with them in their world. Simply like that.

Just like a boxing game, when people punch you, you can punch him back and hard so he will remember that he can just go out beat you up, which is Western way. Or, you can pretend you look down on him and walk away with fake smile, which is Chinese way to avoid confrontation, then get very angry when your enemy is not there, a typical AQ way.
