In my experience, most doctors over charge the service

If you look the statements from your insurance carefully, most time insurance will deny a certain percentage claims from doctor. Because insurance cannot really know what doctor did. If they grant the claim which is over charged, doctors take the advantage, if they deny, bad luck for doctor. Over the time, the cost goes higher and higher. I think doctors should be blamed for their overcharge.
