Yes, there are differences in details, the main schema are the same. Only difference is, one posted/promoted/discussed/or even just mentioned, months after another one.

BTW, except for the health care program and maybe Iraq, there isn't major difference in their policies. However, even in those differences, Obama claimed to have a UNIVERSAL plan, but does NOT REQUIRE any commitment, does NOT PROVIDE any hard-cut rule for government money. How can that be universal? Or it's just another "that's not what I meant?"

What about his proposal to ban all Chinese-imported toys? That's something you expect from a rational mature man, not to mention a president?
