光绪的发辫残留二节，一节编有十花，一节编有三花。

光绪的脚被盗墓者拉出，落在了棺床上，鞋子没有了，只是死者身上穿的一件龙纹图案的衣服还看得比较清楚，贴身穿的衣服因烂得不成样子，不好辨认。光绪的尸体是趴着的（可能是盗墓者翻的），头上没有冠，随身佩带的装饰品几乎全部盗空，只是在光绪左手内还握有一件翡翠套环和一个莲花玉石。在光绪的身下垫有六公分厚的檀香木（似锯末），檀香木料下有4公分厚的青灰色的粉面，可能是一种香料。
