How far along are you in your pregnancy? If you are in your 2nd trimester, it is a good time to shop. Baby bottles, brushes, bibs, wash clothes et al. As for clothing, don't buy too much 0-3 months sizes; often friends/relatives also like to offer baby clothes and babies grow really fast.
