Just casually mention your concern with the teacher

1. May I request you to wipe of her face when she finished lunch?
2. Would it be possible to put her into nap? She usually naps around 1 to 3 p.m.

3. I think she needs more fluid. Could you please give her some extra water because I think her mouth is rather dry. You can also ask your daughter to ask for water.
