It was happened about 8 years ago on an assault case. The trial was happened about 6 years ago. I was found not GUILTY and I have the right to an expunction of all records pertaining to this case. But I did not do the expunction. I attached the certificated copy to INS when I sent my 485. Is it enough? I really do not want to talk to that local police department again? Someone from there even does not know what authority means. Should I do expunction now?
