this happened and usually was not a problem at all.... If you are too anxious about your case, you could call them and sometimes get lucky to talk with the IO working on your case (most time you can not get to the right person and someone else will just tell you there is not information about your case and this is system problem blah blah..)

just do not worry about it too much if it is not urgent..
