Immigration officer does not know what you are doing unless you put something in writing. It's better to provide them all the evidence you believe it's right fit. This process is similar like you are searching a job. You have to try to match the requirement in writing and evidence.
Don't give up before you do it. This difficult time range is not only for you, many people are floatting in the same boat. Don't worry too much. Life is not easy. Smile and keep going.
