老公可以在这期间不工作半个月左右吗？
-Technically, there is no gap allowed during the transfer, but your hu*****and can take a leave without pay for a couple of weeks from the old employer to avoid this gap. Actually, there should not be a problem even if there is a gap for such a short time of period (I do not think USCIS will pay attention to or care about it). So, do not worry about that.
