1、140是否可以转到新公司去？要多久呢？两个工作的title应该是很相似的，做的东西也基本一样。
-I assume that you filed your I-485 concurrently with I-140. If your cuurent employer will not withdrtaw the I-140, you will be OK. If they withdraw the I-140, you have to ask your new employer to file a new I-140 for you.

2、这个要告诉现在公司的律师吗？还是要新公司的律师先做？还是自己请律师？我都快糊涂了。
-You had better告诉现在公司的律师 about that and let him/her tell you whether your employer would withdraw the I-140. You do not need to tell 新公司的律师 if the old employer will not withdraw the I-140. Otherwise tell the 新公司的律师/new employer to file a new I-140 for you.
