现在打算用EAD卡在业余时间做一份工作,比如餐馆的工作.但是和我目前的H1B专业工作毫不相干.请问有什么问题? 会不会影响绿卡的申请?

-You must work in the same/similar field as that you indicated in your I-140 if you are the primary applicant for the GC. But you can work in another field in the 业余时间. Of course, if you are a denpendent for your GC application, you can work in any area.
