You got additional review (also called administrative review) which is another hurdle in the whole process, like NC. There are a few people facing this hurdle, it may take several years. Go to www.immigration.com to search this topic for more details. In a word, your case needs more and further investigation which may cover many aspects, like your background, employment, etc.
