EAD 被无故退回怎么办呀？急着用呢

EAD renewalapproved at the end of May, 但6月6日被邮局退回，说是undeliverable!!确实在4月份搬过家，但是之后已经update过地址，也受到了USCIS的确认信。并且EAD的收据也成功寄到新地址。不知道是什么原因造成的undeliverable.总之10号打电话给移民局，改地址选项，述说了事情经过，12号网上有update但内容不变，还是undeliverable!但到现在也没收到EAD卡。

请问，

1）。如果卡已经寄出，网上信息会更新为卡已经重新寄出吗？
2）。 有没有其他措施再查询一下？等着用卡上班呢。
