皮老师 or other teachers, Difference for H1B on Bachelor and Master

Dear Teachers,

I am working on my H1B extension case. My old H1B petition letter requires the Master degree. My current lawyer in Employer Support letter does not mention the Master degree requirement but only Bachelor's requirement. What's going on? What's difference about the H1B based on Master Degree and Bachelor Degree???? Thank you very much!!!!
