敬爱的老师和高手们，请问I-140 pending 的问题

在这里很人说140pending不代表移民倾向，因此不影响TN签证的更新。可是也看了不少老外的律师或BBS，很多说140带表移民倾向会把TN搞砸。

老师们，同学们，这里有谁知道140 pending 还成功更新TN的？谢谢了！
