I have a problem for my case, please help!!!
My case is about J1 waiver based on exceptional hardship. The processing time has been taking for a long time. Last month I received a form I-613 that states "Granted", which means that I got a favorable recommendation. My attorney said that it is not final letter, I should wait for a notice from CIS. So that I am waiting and waiting till now. Today I called at 202 663 1225 for twice, two officers answered me but they gave me different advices. One said that I should send this form to local CIS, the other said that I should make a fax to ask for a notice letter. I dont know what to do, please please help me! Thank you very much in advance!
