urgent help, please

EB1b 140 is still pending,received by TSC on July 31th. Without any warning, Boss sent an email in Friday afternoon mentioning that funding is running out at the end of this month and she is not going to support me in May. I have been sending many applications in this weekend. What should I do in less than ten days? Is there any law to protect me and my family?
