According to rule, if your 485 is denied, all the relevant interim benefits like 131, 765 would be terminated, but there may be some grey area on this matter. You'd better talk to attorney for a legal advice on the safe side.

Why did you respond your RFE late since TB test could be done in 3-5 days even though the lead time is 30 days?
