I-485. Just called NSC.

First, my info:
EB2 (NIW)
PD: 09/2003
RD: 10/2004
LUD: 3/6, 3/7, 3/10/2008
FP three times (last time Apr 2007)


Just called NSC and a very nice lady answered my call. My name check was still pending 09/2007 and today she told me my security check is cleared just a few weeks ago and my case is with an officer for more than a couple of weeks now. She said "it's looking good." and they should have a decision within 30-60 days. I also asked her if my case is still covered under the recent MEMO because the security check is cleared. She said yes because my case is 25 months outside the processing window.

I just want to share this with everyone who is eagerly waiting for their green cards. I am now quite certain the frequent LUDs we have seen a few weeks ago in fact meant something.
