EB1a I140/I485 filed Aug/06. I140 approved Oct 06. FP Sept 06.
My child needs GC for his college FinansAid badly. I am getting crazy after many times calls and InfoPass. Please give me some advice. Is LawSuit a good choice for me right now. I am concerned that my case is in process. It will be pulled out when I go Law. Please give me your suggestion. Thank you many times in advance!
