Pijiang-question about changing job after 180 days pending

I plan to change job after 180 days pending and got two offers, need you help to answer the following questions before I make the decision:
1)My job title on LC is 'Computer System Analyst' and applied EB3, there is 4 levels on the prevailing wage, how do I know my job belongs to which level?
2)The new job tiltes are 'System Anlayst II' and 'Programmer Analyst', are they the similiar with my old one 'Computer System Analyst'?
3)For the salary of new job, Does it must be higher or equal to the old one?
