inquiry after LUD -- what's going on?

Hi, XiaoBaiTu and PJiang and Other experts,

My 485 has been pending for 8 months. There was a LUD
(or more, not sure) a few days ago, but the message is the
same as before.

So I called USCIS today. The officer didn't tell me what
happened for the LUD and filed an inquiry request for me.

Do your guys have similar experience before?
Does the LUD mean that my case is processed by an IO?
