最近单位特别优惠我们，给工龄6个月以上的每位职工立一个养老帐户，每月对等储存到职工的帐号里可高达7.5%。比如我每月存$100，单位也拿出$100存入我的帐号。我存$300，单位对等给$300到我帐户，直到退休。并且是不上税的工资。

但是，存款必须是连续性的，一旦决定存$100，那么每月$100不能中断，年龄不到59.5岁不能取，除非被单位解雇，或者其他无法抗拒的理由，比如死亡，否则罚款很厉害。我开始非常踊跃，打算每月从工资里扣$100，都和他们one-on-one 谈了(先是集体培训).

但现在我很犹豫不决。想到一旦要了单位匹配的存款，我得永远为这个单位效劳。这意味着我将失去选择更好工作的机会，意味着单位将控制我，更意味着我将失去其他很多的自由。

今天来了电话，要我明天去在合同上签字(我开始和他们谈好存$100)。现在我似乎改变了注意，只想存$5-10，为的是保留一个帐号。如果我要变换工作，或有其他行动损失也不至于太惨。

我的决定可行吗，请大家帮助。如果是你，你会怎样选择呢？
