Treat your company as a market.

One company is just a tiny world. If you get mistreated there, and cannot find "justice", find another world. Nobody is enslaving you, and you are not going to starve to death.

It is a free market. If you cannot get your fair value, stay away from that market. And if many people stay away from the market, the market will correct itself. You don't have to kill to correct the market.

The killing may benefit somebody else, but it is not going to benefit the killer. It is absolutely a stupid thing to do from his own interest point of view.
