Yes, they are NOT honest. They told me that the new ItalkBB box can fax. But they never said that it didn't work with international fax. When I asked them, they first told me that the international fax doesn't work. Then they sent me an email saying that SOMETIMES international fax didn't work. Also, my family can never use the China number to call me after they switched from 179712 number to that 400 number.
The customer service is BAD. After my term ends, I am thinking to switch.
